It really is interesting. Banks will remain active and has a major oppurtunity to unhinge a solid prospect in Mitchell the following week, all the while training -the- man in the division ???
Has a world Champion ever fought his head trainer :cwm13:

Remember Howard Eastman chose McCracken as his trainer after he had beaten him. Robert has done well for himself with Froch so it may look like an odd choice at the time but it turns out to be a good move in the long run.
fao the canadians.... is this on tv here, I am a noob in canada, I know it is on epix in the usa, is this a tv channel in the great white north too ? or is it on another channel ?
Maybe wealth TV? Im not sure bud but back in Canada my boxing viewing was limited, sure I had free healthcare and a better education but no boxing :P
Weigh in results for Saturday's big match
Wladimir Klitschko: 246.9
Mariusz Wach: 249.1
Weights From Hamburg: Klitschko 246.9, Wach 249.1 - Boxing News
I believe this will be stopped in the 5-7 round period. Wlad has had 3 fights where he has weighed in over 245 and each time he has won by KO (Ray Austin, Sam Peter II, and Tony Thompson II). Austin was stopped in 2, Peter in 10, and Thompson in 6...I'm not sure how well Wach takes a punch but we're going to find out come Saturday.
Will Wladimir be the first to knock the durable Wach down?
Wlad was the first to floor Shultz, Barrett, Brock, Brewster, Chagaev, Thompson, and Chambers, among others.
Wlad has taken a lot of "0"s in his career: Brock, Chagaev, Ibragimov, Shaheed, Castillo, Vujecic, and Peter. Will Wach lose his "0" today?
:rasta: This card will start somewhere around 5:00 PM ET here in the States, and 10:00 PM in the UK/Germany.
At Hamburg, Germany (Epix and EpixHD.com): Wladimir Klitschko vs. Mariusz Wach, 12 rounds, for Klitschko's IBF/WBO/WBA heavyweight title; Rafal Jackiewicz vs. Rick Godding, 10 rounds, welterweights; Rakhim Chakhiev vs. Andres Taylor.
Rakhim Chakhkiev beat Andres Taylor by wide UD.
Rafal Jackiewicz - Rick Godding on Russian TV 2 right now.
Klitschko - Wach is next.
It just started on EPIX here. Apparently they are also showing the Helenius vs Williams match as well?! Not sure if that one is live or tape delayed so trying to NOT know how it ended ;D
Ugh, Lou Dibella has replaced Freddy roach in studio crew now :p. Why does he remind me of Dana White!
Anyone have a link to the Epix feed?
I might be in the minority but this has to one of the corniest opening ring intros I've ever seen, by both.
Wach looks petrified
