Agreed, anyone at welter is easy picking for Floyd. It is the only other huge money fight for him.

'Congressman' Manny Pacquiao is done as a fighter, he will struggle to beat Rios and if he does find himself in the ring with Floyd in 2014 we are looking at a shutout result. The fight needed to happen back in 2009 or 2010 for Pacquiao to have any chance at all. He had a chance to win back then, he doesn't now.
