The main reason I think maybe Segul would beat JCVD is not because of his Aikido shit, it's because of the size difference. JCVD looks big on screen because of his pumped muscles but correct me if I'm wrong but isn't he just little guy in real life??

Yeah I've seen that demonstration before, it's just ridiculously fake. Same as his movies where he joint locks all his opponents just with some flimsy flipping of his wrists without really trying.
There's no way he can fight like that.

Thats the way pretty much all those traditional martial arts look: the "sensei" or whatever does stupid movements and the students go flying and act hurt like it's a movie. That's not fighting!
The only arts you can trust are TRUE combat arts: boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, judo, BJJ, ect. When you go to a boxing or kickboxing gym and you're sparring, nobody is doing flips and moving with you, they're going against you and trying to knock you out, so you learn how to REALLY fight, because the only way to learn how to fight is to FIGHT, not that play shit that Seagal does.
If you go train wrestling or BJJ do you think they're going to roll over when you move your hands like that? You're gonna get choked unconscious or get your arm broken.
Seagal SUCKS, and JCVD was a kickboxer and was in shape. Seagal was fat and practiced a "fighting" art that looked more like pro wrestling!
