All i know is that Mayweather did make a offer to Pac for the fight but wanted the testing and pac said he was afraid of needles. He even extended the time before the fight and the test also for Pac and it didn't happen after that. Mayweather did attempt to you can find it on google i should not have to do it.

Look max i am sure maybe there might be more but Pac did turn down the fight first. He was offered 40 and to do a blood test i know he was on peds but he could of figured something out for 40 mill. Now that is one reason i will never just blame Mayweather for the fight never happening no duck there.
