Agree with all of those, plus Froch swallowing every Ward shot, and all Khan's losses. But the one that stands out for me is Richard Dunn v Bugner. I have nothing against Dunn, but when he tried to get up off the canvas for the 3rd time , the ref counted him out and accidentally tapped Dunn on the head and knocked him down again.
