Manny v Floyd - Who will you be supporting?

not had time to read the other posts as just leaving work - will when I get home

I will be supporting THE FIGHT itself. May it be a cracker - please !!! I just want to see Floyd in a proper fight for once, digging deep, getting tagged etc, that's all I want to see. I hope Manny can force that


I'd like to see Manny win but at the end if Floyd does and I can say "now that was a great fight" then I won't be too disappointed. Questions, and lingering doubts, will have then been answered for a lot of us and laid to rest.

If Manny sparks him it'll be the night to end all nights. It'll be talked about for decades to come.

I just hope its a good fight. I dont mind who wins.

No. Who will you be rooting for?

He's going for Pac but doesn't think Pac can win so he's tempered his enthusiasm.

I suppose I'm an undecided numpty. Obviously Pac is a sound Bloke and Floyd is a bit of a dick, but I don't mind him that much. So I won't really support anyone, which is my only problem with the fight. But I do reckon Floyd wins on points.

Oh, I won't mind if he gets sparked as some humility will do him good and the rematch will do us all good. But it's his slick style of boxing that I like to watch that makes me overlook that bellend nature of his.

I'll be supporting the Pacman, but i don't think this 2015 version is anywhere near the one we saw from 2007-11. I expect Mayweather to win a comfortable UD, but if the Pacman does the impossible then you will all hear me roar from down here in the land of OZ....

If that was only true, success would be simple to predict.
Experience, brains, natural talent/ability, hard work, and desire/motivation are better predictors of success. Even then, luck and defensive driving (careful opponent selection) are good to have. In my opinion. lol

Manny Pacquiao without a shadow of a doubt. He's a great fighter and now that he has beaten everyone else I like, I get to support him against a fighter that I don't particularly enjoy nor like. Seeing Floyd busted up, hurt, and with a loss will be a pleasure and it is good to see that most people see it the same way. Defending Floyd, the money man, the cherry picker is like sticking up for bankers bonuses. Manny is Bitcoin, the revolution, the happening. There will be blood!
