* Floyd won, no question.
* The bout was competitive.
* Manny looked under-sized.
* Floyd can out-strength Manny.
* Manny cannot hurt Floyd.
* Floyd is smart, and takes no chances.

* Style wise, this is not a good match up for Manny.
