Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
If Fury somehow won it would be great for boxing in that it wouldn't be another "ho-hum... Wlad won again" affair. Brits would be throwing Fury a ticker tape parade and the boxing world would be buzzing for months. Wilder would get all jealous and ramp up his efforts to fight for the title, but of course Wlad would ask for a rematch first. People would all of a sudden be totally interested in the HW division again... and boxing in general would get a boost in fan ratings.
But alas... all dreams eventually come to an end... and at the end of this dream all I see is a nightmare for Fury ending in a TKO of some sort.

Fury gets hit, and stays hit, first 5 rounds, thank you very much for the £2m. Then gets Joshua for 500k, and gets hit, and stays hit, within 2 rounds. Gameplan over next stop celebrity Big Brother and Nottingham Goose Fair.

We are talking about Tyson Fury not David Haye;
Haye went in against Klitschko with numerous knockdowns and a pathetic stoppage loss to a 40 year old retired cruiserweight yet people thought he was the most dangerous opponent of Klitschkos career. This is the same Haye that pulled out twice against Fury;D
Like I said earlier, you lot cant see the wood for the trees. Tyson has been having a pretty easy time against good fighters. Even the cruiser weight (who Haye avoided) that dropped Fury got knocked out early even though hes since fought and beat a supposed dangerous puncher. Odd that eh, Fury the none puncher knocks him cold but Mansour cant even though hes a puncher? Hes looked for rounds against everyone hes fought since Haye shit his pants. He comes in overweight against Abell who was given proper notice unlike the two days he had for Pulev and drops him every time he turns it up and stops him quicker than Pulev, oh and also doesnt get dropped himself, unlike Pulev;D chisora and Hammer he toyed with like they were punchbags.
Hes been having fights his way and relatively easy because he is better than you want to give him credit for. Much, much better! Ask Haye! Haye pulls out with a cut but Tyson fought Abell with an identical injury!!;D then Haye feels the need to intimate hes going to retire because of a shoulder injury;D now hes quoted as saying this fight wont get made because Tuson doesnt want it. Guesse what Haye and your naive fans, not only does Tyson want the fight he actually believes he can win which is why you bailed;) hes just too much for smaller heavies and also older robotic boxers too:cool:

Relax.
One thing I'll NEVER do is defend David Haye over Tyson Fury.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
As much as I hate to say...this is a fun event type of fight. If anything the one and only career definer of Fury. This is his end game to a long run of theater mixed with a cocky but confident gangly fook. I cannot see Fury tucking in and content to co exist. He goes out all willing, winging shots and ugly. I won't pay for it but I'll watch it like a circus.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
If fury can get himself from 50 dd to 48 b he has more of a chance.

He's a Brit that wants to be Irish. He turned down defending the Lonsdale belt to win it outright and when he went to MSG to fight Cunningham said
“I think I have showed my true colours over the years. I vacated the British and Commonwealth titles, which some people say are more prestigious than the Irish title, but not to me. I vacated those belts for an Irish title shot because it meant more to me.”
Tyson Fury en route to MSG says “I fight for Ireland, I am no Plastic Paddy” - IrishCentral.comI don't think that means Brits won't support him but It's not exactly going to help ever make fans here think he is one of their own either.

Bit weird for a Canadian that is besotted with America
My Nan was Irish lived in a caravan over here with my Grandpop. Doesn't make me want to support Fury more. If anything less. You were born in England Tyson, don't be ashamed of it. The guy's a doughnut.
Re: Klitschko-Fury Set for October 24 in Dusseldorf, Germany
Why isnt Tyson allowed to call himself Irish?
Lots of other races sround the world are let to label themselves another race or nation because of their herritage.
How many Irish or Italian wannabes in America are their? Or mexican, Peurta Rican?
Or jamaicans in London? Indians and Pakistanis in England?
Just because Tysons white and in England hes not allowed to be Irish even though his not too distant ancestors are actually Irish. Both his mum and dad came from Ireland. Its not too hard to understand. If he was in America it wouldnt even be questioned. Even Mike Perez doesnt get this shit saying hes irish!
Lots of these other people have absolutely no direct links to the race they perport to have descended from

Tyson will make the press conferences fun though
I thought you were a bit more knowledgable than that;)
Nah I get it. Wlads your favourite;D
You know Fury would piss all over Chisoras sparring partner. He would also probably do it without the chicken dance;D
Fury is more fluid and has more movement than any other heavyweight out there.
How will Tyson Fury win this fight? Do tell
