Respectively, this is 100% incorrect. Hagler is the prime example for GGG remaining at 160. Hagler stayed at 160 for his entire career. He literally never moved up in weight and was content to remain at 160 until the junior middleweights and welterweights moved up to face him (Duran, Hearns, Leonard). He's renown for the length of his reign and his wins over Duran and Hearns. Just check his boxrec. I would argue that GGG is taking a page out of the Hopkins/Hagler book of boxing in staying at 160.
Hagler never moved up in wieght because he was scared of fucking Spinks and with good reason would got fucked up if he moved up. He did the smart thing and feasted on guys moving up in weight till he fucking lost to Ray Leonard.
