Re: 25 best fighters of the last 25 years. Fact.
A post prison 90's Tyson would have smashed Moorer.

Agreed, @<a href="http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingforum/member.php?u=12604" target="_blank">Master</a> .
That would be my lone objection to the list.
One of my favourite fights ;D The best part is after Moorer gets KO'd and you can see his corner man dramatically shake his head and yell "DAMN!"

Wow! "Damn" is right.
I heard Emanuel remark to Lampley after the fight how Moorer "didn't really like" boxing.
I'll bet he really hated it after that fight.

I wonder what this list will look like in another 10, 15 or 25 years?
It's the best since 1990. In 25 years time half of them probably wont make the best of the last 50 years list. There'll forever be a new kid on the block
No doubt about that but I was thinking that in 10, 15, or 25 years there might be a lot more Russians, Brits, and some Chinese on the list.
I missed your point.
Basically you have to be based in America to make these lists, so now that the Eastern Europeans are basing themselves in the States, you'd have to expect they'll be looked at much more fondly in time.
Re: 25 best fighters of the last 25 years. Fact.
I think only American (and Puerto Rican ---- and possibly part Mexican part American) people believe that shit ;D

Possibly Lennox Lewis too. Him better than Pernell? I don't really think so??
Agreed. For me the top 5 of the last 25 are...
1. Floyd
2. Roy Jones
3. Pernell Whitaker
4. Bernard Hopkins
5. Manny Pacquiao
bruno
If it was the past 35 years I would have agreed but I think Bruno squeezes in at top 30 at best.
best lb4lb HW of all time? top 30? what are you on about?
I know, I know. The comment is a little 'out there' but I just feel that Bruno of the 90's only did so well by way of guile and guts after his electrifying speed started to fade.
A bit like Ali; he always found a way to hang on and win.
im gonna like your post, even tho i dont like it
