Top fighters fight so infrequently these days that 15 rounds should not be a problem for them.
Imagine huffy puffy puffy pudgy Taco Bell eating Facebook using young boxers trying to throw 100 punches a round for15 rounds like Rocky Marciano
I think they should Unification bouts particularly, or championship fights with more than one title on the line by either fighter/belt holder.
