The Furys arent taken seriously yet. A loss to Tyson or Hughie would ruin a reputation and any future bargaining power which is why Haye bailed and potentially Wlad may yet again. Once Tyson beats Wlad it changes everything.
The risk reward rstio for fighting them will be better and both will have fighters keener to actually get in the ring with them but right now who wants to lose to a 21 year old Fury?

If Hughie or AJ are the real deal , then money talks for opponents. a lot of experienced guys would also see it as an opportunity to get back in the reckoning. and like I said before , what's to stop Hughie fighting AJ ? (and Vice versa). both have World Level Amateur experience, both have unbeaten records in the high teens, both are seen as potential World Champs.
I'll tell you what's stopping it happening, it's the respective promoters! neither wants to have their asset lose.
I'm certain it would be a good fight for both of them financially. I'm certain that both would come out with reputations enhanced , and both could move forward win or lose. Nowadays , promoters are obsessed with a fighter's "0".
even the greatest fighters (except Floyd) have a loss on their record, and it never hurt them.
You might think "why bracket AJ with Hughie ? Bracket him with Tyson (Similar age, etc.) . Well ok, I would say Yes, fine. infact I firmly believe that perhaps Tyson and AJ should've fought each other to earn the shot at Wlad.

Tyson publicly offered to fight Joshua at the end of last year after Hearn said Joshua would beat Tyson right now. Hearn appologised and backed down.

I'll tell you what's stopping it happening, it's the respective promoters! neither wants to have their asset lose.
I'm certain it would be a good fight for both of them financially. I'm certain that both would come out with reputations enhanced , and both could move forward win or lose. Nowadays , promoters are obsessed with a fighter's "0".
even the greatest fighters (except Floyd) have a loss on their record, and it never hurt them.
You might think "why bracket AJ with Hughie ? Bracket him with Tyson (Similar age, etc.) . Well ok, I would say Yes, fine. infact I firmly believe that perhaps Tyson and AJ should've fought each other to earn the shot at Wlad.
and for the record, I think both fighters and even including Tyson would jump at the chance of these fights. I happen to believe that there are very few , if any Boxers that are cowards.
Tyson publicly offered to fight Joshua at the end of last year after Hearn said Joshua would beat Tyson right now.
Hearn appologised and backed down.

If you say it , then that's as good as a win , didn't you guys know that?
Fury he sure can talk , however he has done nothing in the ring against any live opposition to suggest he even has a chance against Wlad.

Selby looks the bollocks. However, I hope that little boy he bashed up gets his homework done before going to school on monday.
Blackwell takes too many punches and starts far too slow for the top fighters. I like him and he is very exciting but he can not have a long boxing career fighting at that pace and taking as many punches as he does.
