Kluber. As in... he's going to kluber the Cubs. :(
I'm happy to see two have-not teams make it, rather than the same old same old!
Although I'm a Blue Jays fan... I'm pulling for the Cubs... gotta root for a team who hasn't won in over a century LOL...
Tommy Burns was the HW champ for pete's sake lol
If it is a walk off home run in game seven it's going to be the Indians who get it. Now that it can't be the most dramatic finale ever I'm going to say the Indians do it. But I really want the Cubs to win.
I reaaaally hope it gets to a Game 7.
9-2 in the top of the 9th.
Looks like I get my wish. :)
I turned if off when it was 7-0.
GO CUBS! Can't wait for tonight.
Chapman has done his bollocks over the last two games. Imagine if the Cubs have a lead in the ninth tonight and the best closer in baseball blows the save. Jesus. It could only happen to the Cubs. Walk off home run Indians?
The Kluber-Miller connection worries me. But I'm hoping the renaissance of the Cubs' bats continues into tonight.
Another shutout loss would be frustrating and downright embarrassing.
I'll just say this again, I hate Joe Maddon....he's one of those people I would just like to punch square in the face. Smug bastard.
He does look kind of smug, doesn't he?
Still.... 108 years is long enough.
Go Cubs.
The Cubs are running away with it, yeah buddy!
I can't f*cking BELIEVE IT!! The Indians have come back to tie it up at 6-6 in the bottom of the 8th!!
What a game!!!
Lyle... you must be happy. Joe Maddon has made some bonehead moves. Most notably his use of Aroldis Chapman.
Momentum squarely in Indians favor now, going into the 9th.
WHAT A SERIES!!!!!!
8-7, 10 innings... Cubs WIN!!!
What a Game 7!!!!
That's why baseball is so great! The twists and turns of Game 7... the comebacks, the heroics, the great plays, the home runs.... one of the best Game 7's in the history of baseball, and the Cubs have broken a 108-year drought. It's like a Hollywood script. Feel sorry for the Indians.... they played their hearts out.
I'm a fan of all sports. Shouldn't dis any sport, as they all have their history and great moments. But this one's going down in baseball history as one of the most exciting games in the history of the sport.
It's 1 in the morning, but whatever... it was worth staying up to watch this one.
WAY TO GO CUBS!!!!!!!!
Excellent game and series. One of the best ones I've seen since Yankees-Diamondbacks in 01.
