I haven't heard Price replying about this , although he's happy to talk about how he decked a young AJ a million years ago! I honestly believe he is mentally intimidated by Thompson now and the thought of having to face him again will have Price running to the Hills.

Yes I think he would still have lost, his chin and mental frailty is his big problem. Price was fortunate they were caught but it would not have affected the result.

It probably wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference, but it makes a difference to Price's Mental state. If Price keeps telling himself he was hard done by , then mentally he gets his mojo back.
Funny that , he can wipe those thoughts out of the memory bank, but he can't forget how he put a young raw, inexperienced novice like Joshua down , when he was heading for the Olympics. :rolleyes:

I think he would have beaten teper without a doubt

I read the levels of peds in his system was one of the highest in such a test and it was one of the worst failures ever

how teper wasn't banned for life I don't know, the drugs beat Price that day

with Thompson its too hard to say, he definitely had a massive advantage tho

I'm no expert on PEDs , I've never taken them , so I wouldn't know how much effect they would have.
All I would say as far as Thompson goes, don't look at Thompson in those fights, look at Price.
Price was doing his usual stuff early on and you could see with your own eyes, the tank emptying.
I don't think it was anything to do with Thompson, it was Price's shortcomings.

Also, you say Price would've beaten Teper "without a doubt"?
Let's not forget that Price was still very Fragile and was basically on the comeback trail after his 2 KO's.
Since the Thompson fights, he hadn't fought anyone and was offered the European title shot against An opponent in Teper who was undefeated and on the rise and very Dangerous (although we didn't know he was on PED's)
I would venture to say, that at that particular time, Teper was quite a strong favourite. Maybe not with the British Bookies, but hey.

Yes, the teper I had seen before was riddled with peds so my I judgement was flawed
