Jeramll vs Jacobs would be nice.
Not a mega fight but Betebiev vs Gvozdyk would be brutal. Estrada vs Cuadras looks outstanding.
That entire card can be a great round robbin to see who meets when the dust settles. Right now really
leaning Estrada can handle Cuadras.
Charlo made his middle debut but totally over shadowed by Heiland almost needing crutches to enter the ring. He's busy calling out Golovkin and I think he can do big things there, no better time to step up than the present. Like to see Jacobs back in the mix. Looks like he is signed Oct. 14th vs TBA. Had some great momentum off Golovkin fight but he may just go Lt hvy route.
Estrada didn't look great against Tabugon although the layoff can be attributed to that. He looked good last time out. Cuadras impressed me with the Gonzalez showing. I see this going the full 12 with Estrada just edging it. I think we're in for a treat with this fight. Fingers crossed.

it's hard to keep track of what sanchez is rambling about here :S does sound like he is deliberately not understanding the questions though and giving answers in an other direction... He also says who cares about perception after being asked "you know what it will look like if golovkin doesnt fight charlo as a mandatory?".... pretty sure they called out alvarez pretty hard about how people would perceive him if he didnt fight golovkin... but whatever :S
It's why I said weeks back we should start looking for Charlo/Jacobs. Nobody will choose to fight either. Which, I'm okay with in the sense that I would enjoy the fight.
I'm just not okay with the fact those two get treated differently. Everyone should be calling for people to fight them, but they won't.
Not sure what you mean there. GGG has always been chasing that Canelo (Martinez, Cotto) money fight no matter what they said about all the belts and so on. Now he's set to get it in September. Jermall just arrived at 160. First fight/ win there although impressive from his side was a bit of a dud. Jacobs deserves a return with GGG. So hey a fight between the 2 to decide a challenger would be awesome. The question is will Charlo wait on the sidelines for his shot (maybe with a stay busy fight along the way) or try to force the issue by establishing himself as the top challenger? The Jacobs fight would do that. And what has Jacobs being doing since the GGG fight? I understand that they feel entitled to be among the mix but kicking back waiting for your number to be called seems redundant.
I basically pay no attention to what Sanchez says, he is always chopping and changing his story and contradicting himself. I see no reason GGG wouldn't want to fight either of these guys. I would still like to see him unify the division, so I could see a Saunders fight coming before either of the Americans. After that and depending on what those 2 have done in the interim then I'd be all for those fights.

You have expressed exactly what I mean. You say what has Jacobs been doing. Well, he's been turned down by GGG, Lemieux and BJS. Not one would even negotiate. But the story is that Jacobs has been inactive. The story should be about the guys refusing to even negotiate.
There are certain fighters that get a different standard. Once people acknowledge that they can start predicting what will happen long before it is discussed.
Re: Mega fight wish list!
Like I said GGG has been waiting his turn and now has a shot at Canelo. You can't deny him that over a Jacobs rematch, even if Jacobs is deserving. Saunders was lined up to fight Khurtsidze but that all fell apart. Now he's fighting a guy ranked higher by the WBO than Jacobs. I don't agree with the ratings but it is what it is. Did Jacobs' team send an offer? Or just talking about it on twitter. Same with Lemieux. Was there an offer from Jacobs' team or just twitter talk again? I remember Lemieux saying he had bigger plans but the only guy I think that could be is possibly Cotto having signed with Golden Boy. I understand where your coming from and agree to an extent.
Anyone can call out anyone but sending an offer makes a statement. Jacobs' side could have started the negotiations by sending a contract or offer, nothing stopped them doing that. Did they won't the other teams to start the negotiations?
