Bababooey, it wasn't the most serious of my posts, about DLH warming up for PBF, just being flippant. So then the alternative is that this is an unworthy mismatch and DLH should really be fighting Vargas again (didn't he already prove himself there? I saw him beat Vargas pretty convincingly; TKO 11) or Tito, whom DLH also beat though he gave the last round away. Had he not done that he might have won by 1 point on two cards and even on a third, instead of even on one, down 2 on one, down 1 on one.

Yeah, DLH - Tito and then DLH - PBF would be preferable. No warm up needed. If there are only two fights left for Oscar, then why use one of them to school Mayorga?

PBF ain't fighting DLH, PBF ain't stupid and is a business man. DLH is trained by the guy that created Floyd Mayweather Jr. And if I know someone like Floyd Sr. He created Floyd with one flaw only he'd be able to exploit. He built it within Floyd's style. and Floyd doesn't even know it. It's the kind of flaw only Mayweather Sr knows about or sees. And if Mayweather fights DLH, Mayweather will train Oscar in the style to beat his son. PBF ain't stupid! He ain't fighting DLH.

I'm not hyped about this fight.

What "secret" did Mayweather's Dad teach him that only he knows? Thats so stupid. This is not a horror movie where the creator is the only one who can kill his creation. You really think its that easy to beat this kid? Thats's just as stupid as Judah saying this would be his easiest fight.

It's a secret.

It's nonsense, is what it is. When they started, he and his Dad were on the same page. Why then, would he hold back anything from his own son? It makes no sense. Its just them trying to create a back story for the DLH-PBF fight, and they got another sucker to buy it- YOU!

when a master teaches his student, he always implants a flaw in that students style so that the student will never overtake him. Floyd in essence has don the same with Floyd. trained him to be a fighting Machine, but I REFUSE to believe that Mayweather taught Floyd "everything" he's still the teacher and Floyd is still the "student"

That would make sense if PBF wasnt his son. But he is. I dont see a Dad holding back anything, or teaching a "flaw" to his own son. Thats like preparing for your son to one day revolt against you, and I dont think any Dad has that in the back of his mind. If PBF Sr. were still fighting, THEN it would make sense.

Exactly! This is not some dumb old school Karate movie where the teacher teaches the pupil almost everything he knows. Look at PBF. Does it look like there's anything he doesnt know about boxing?

Mr. Nightmare must've taken his Genius pill today. Because everything he's saying makes perfect sense.

I see Oscar taking Mayorga out in the same round as Tito or earlier. afetr all De La Hoya is better then Tito. Mayorga is tough but not too bright in the ring.

Remember, Roger was more successful than Floyd SR. Floyd Sr. IMO, is a better trainer, but Little Floyd has learned from both. Roger knows things that Floyd SR don't know. If Mosely beat Oscar, and Floyd is faster on his feet, and , Oscar is older, why would Floyd lose?

But what is REALLY happening is that certain boxing fans are actually starting intriguing rumors - rumors about a fatal flaw planted by the father, waiting for the big final fight where he brings down his son in a reverse Oedipus complex played out in the career of PBF ... these conspirators are planting such fantastic fictional hype around which to sell the coming PBF-DLH fight ... carefully, picking the dupes and suckers who will repeat it, until it takes the world by storm ... that is the real conspiracy ...
