I know, my friend. Asking Rich or most other British people I imagine to stop drinking tea it's like asking me to stop eating pizza. Beanz buddy about how many cups of tea do you drink daily? I have often heard British people say that putting sugar in tea is sacrilegious. Is that so?
Drinking plenty of water and tea stomach like a cement mixer still.
Off to the doctor's for my blood results today and a prostate exam.
Starting to eat plain food toast egg on toast bland stuff etc lost some weight but feeling bloated .😐

My bloods were good thinks I had some kind of food poisoning prostate okay.
Got to go for a scan on my kidneys and gall bladder just incase I got stones.
My stomach is settleing a bit not as bad as it was more bloods once a week keep a eye on my kidney function that's about it.
Keep moving and being active. You will be OK.
It's never too late to jog. Go for a slow job 30 to 40 minutes every other day.
I have read many times over the past year or two that jogging really loosens up and breaks up any kind of kidney stones or gallstones.
Go jug rich. You have to jug you have to go jog in 30 to 40 minutes at least 3 times a week. Take it really slow with talking about a 15 minute mile. That should be doable.
Just a update kidney function up to 43% getting there slowly still off work.
Starting to feel better the gastric has eased off drink plenty of water.
Stomach not swollen anymore.
we don't have Wi-Fi anymore Rich because the owners moved out who lived upstairs because they lost their house through a foreclosure. So I cannot do anymore Skypes right now especially also I deleted Skype from my Android. I have been trying to reinstall it so we can do a Skype but it's not working. I'm glad to hear that you are recovering 43% is better than nothing. I still think you should go for some jogging man seriously go out to a park stretch for a good 15 minutes and Jog around the damn track see if you can do about 2 miles a day at a very slow pace make sure you make it to 30 or 35 minutes before you stop.
