Do we think Devin is more comfortable at the weight? He was obviously struggling to make 135 but 5lbs isn’t a big difference. Or do we feel he looked good because he wasn’t fighting Loma?
Clinic by Haney :jabbing:
In the aftermath of this victory, it emerged that Haney rehydrated up to 165lbs on the night of the fight, whereas Prograis was 156.8lbs.
This seemingly led Davis to fire shots at Haney's relationship with SNAC - a sports nutrition company founded by Victor Conte, who served time in prison in 2005 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute steroids and money laundering.
Conte has since insisted he no longer involved in any such activities and is now a vocal anti-doping advocate on social media.
Regardless, Davis tweeted: "Get that SNAC s*** out of boxing... Did he or did he not get caught cheating before? Them SNAC people?"
Conte replied: "In my opinion it's important for Gervonta Davis to learn the facts about Devin Haney and SNAC. We've worked together for about ten fights now. Devin has done stringent VADA testing for each fight. The BALCO case was 20 years ago. I have been an outspoken anti-doping advocate ever since."
Davis continued by replying to a fan and promising he would one day fight Haney.
Tank tweeted: "When I go get 'em, I promise on my soul n***as not gonna like what I'mma do to lil buddy."
Haney then went on a tirade of his own and said: "Tank is p***y. He scared to death of me. He always say he wanna fight when I have a fight lined up already. Well now I'm free! Let's make it happen."
Haney added: "Mario Barrios was working with SNAC too. What's the problem now?
"I didn't beat Regis by throwing my weight around or bullying him, I beat him off skills.
"I've been doing that same thing for years, just killing myself to make weight. The world said I was pillow-fisted. No once I move up and I'm actually healthy, y'all got every excuse in the book."
Davis fired back: "I promise you, your father gonna cry for what I'mma do to you and that's on my dead homie. Your best bet is to enjoy it while you can."
He then added: "@RealDevinHaney You my b****."
Haney replied: "Let's make it happen, I'm free."
To which Tank said: "Say nothing."
Fans will be hoping work now begins behind the scenes to bring the fight to fruition in 2024.

Haney was flawless against Prograis and looked huge at the weight which he will dominate if he wants to.
However Haney, knowing that he could rehydrate to 165 to 170 lbs, is just not safe and right for his opposition.
got another one right, could happen in may

There.

His retirement will last a tad longer than Teos. Reads more like a twitter tantrum. I bet he stomped his feet too.
