I was impressed with Mora tonight he is tailor made for TV that was exciting!!! I loved that fight. And I'm a Mora fan after that :-D But come on some of you people hating..saying he lost the first 4 rounds ??? And saying he "didn't" dominate ??? what fight were you watching ???

Duddy doesn't put his punches together as well as Mora. Believe me...I like Duddy a lot better...but Mora's quicker & slicker.

Disappointed Mora won, now he is going to think he is more than what he is :-\ I would like to see him in there with better competition, he does have some abilities the only thing I think will really hold him back is his lack of power. Once you get up with the elite you need some type of power to keep them honest and Mora just doesnt have any type.

Wacko no it wasn't EXPECTED that Wlad would KO Byrd and it was expected to be a more difficult fight

Not that my opinion counts for much but I am really sad. Eric Regan is one of my teachers here in Sac and I watched him train for this fight. He is in great shape and I KNOW he was ready for this fight. He is a very humble guy and I have much respect for him.
This Mora guy is one cocky a**h*le. I obviously wanted my teacher to win...but by the end I really wanted Mora to lose just so he could be taken down a notch. A fighter isn't really a fighter until he's lost a couple and rises back up from his defeat having learned something. Mora hasn't gone up the ranks...he just passed go and collected 200 dollars. It pisses me off.

I've gotten to the point where I don 't really like or dislike Mora. He's a solid fighter but not elite. And he loves the fact that all these people hate him, because they're paying attention. Look at how much attention a guy who's what 19-0 versus pretty limited opposition is getting, the act works.

There are large amount of elite fighters who don't get talked about nearly as much as Mora, but I'm not really holding that against him. If I had the chance to fight for a million dollars I would too, I don't like the contender but its mainly just cause they don't really show fights. All I was saying is I doubt that he even cares if a lot of people hate him, cause that means that people are paying attention. And I'm not undecided about whether what he's done corresponds to the amount of attention he gets, IMO it clearly doesn't. I'm really not even arguing any kind of point about him, except that he gets more attention than he deserves but that's not really a reason to hate him, he's a reasonably entertaining fighter, I just don't think he's elite.

You have very strong points. But mine is that fighters today are doing less then Mora and getting more exposure then he has.
Point is, Mora has never fought on HBO or Showtime has he?
