Some people go for the big points no matter what. All season long they they will pick such-n-suck KO 5 or so-and-so KO 8. Blimey! Thats a funny way of looking at it.
The point deductions were to stop HUGE voids opening up between top, middle and bottom therefore keeping more people in the comp, more people in contention and making the thing more enjoyable....at the moment the leaderboard looks pretty tight to me ;)

Despite possibly the worst week of all time in the pick em comp I'm still in the top 20, and above CutMeMick, so I am not overly concerned about it. Greg is only 76 points away in 1st place, but I'll be catching him quicker than you can read the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy. Ish.
