I can see how thats possible, I will admit I wen't conservative when I posted this.
I can see how he could get past Winky, but past Pac not sure Pac has THE biggest names on his resume I think that's what gives him the edge slightly.

Rafael Marquez moved up in weight and knocked out the undisputed champion in that division. A champion who was in his prime and on an incredible row. Pac's recent wins have been against fighters past there prime and fighters who moved up in weight to face him.

I think I'd have it: PBF/Pac and Rafa and in third. Pac beat Morales,stopped him,busted up MAB who has fought and beat good fighters since,drew with JMM,a fight he could have won and beat the game Larios in a tune up plus he has good wins at lower weights too. If Rafa beats Israel in a rematch,does he go to number 1? :o :o ;D

i am comparing r. marquez's accomplishments to barrera's.
now that he beats very good fighters (vazquez, austin, johnson), he almost equalled barrera's accomplishments (hamed, morales, tapia, etc...)
r.marquez standing as mexico's top fighter depends if barrera will defeat his brother, just my opinion.
