OK OK, jokes aside I think 1 and 2 have a genuine shot of top 10 all time. I think 3 could be in the low top 5 at the present. And if you have not heard of Juan Manuel Lopez yet...stick around for a while, you will ;)

Sometimes, judging based on percentage is deceiving. Valero has 22 out of 22 but it does not make him a harder puncher than the Pacman.I believe it was the point of Julius Rain.

I never based my list on %.
And I'll repeat it again for the reasons mentioned is the reason why I broke the fighters into groups.
Again I didn't want to metion fighters that were alread listed/mentioned.
