I try to get to all the big fights but this was something else it's such a special crowd at York hall

Your bang out of order here mate Even the two reserves got £2,000 just for being there, the first round losere got £3,500 ,the losing semi's got £7,500 & the losing finalist $ 10,000 so how does that make barry A robbing ****
Oh, sorry - I didn't realise that. I watched the show and the commentators kept talking about the £25k but nobody said anything at all about the other payments (including in the build up). Sorry about that ... I stand corrected.
Still, that doesn't NOT make any promoter a robbing cunt, generally speaking ;)

Yeah i'll give you that mate but where would we watch our sport without them back on the cobbles or some dirty old warehouse where you get mugged on the way home. no I think i'll put upwith their scheming & double deaing
Re: New Heavyweight K.o Tournament
A nice night of boxing. The prize and format saw the heavies really speed it up!
Re: New Heavyweight K.o Tournament
I really enjoyed watching the show. Had everything - at times it was tense and other times dramatic.
Rogan showed the most desire to win and he did. Won me a few quid in the process aswell.
Really hope they do another show.

Nice one, he won me a few quid also.
Dolan was good, but he looked more like a cruiserweight to me.
He was nailed (in the second fight?) - and that was when I was a bit more confident with my 5-1 bet!
Re: New Heavyweight K.o Tournament
Dolan disapointed me in the final. Rogan was always going to try to turn it into a brawl and Dolan fell for it. Instead of using his boxing and staying at a good range to get his shots off he got involved and that meant there was only going to be one winner.
Full credit to Rogan - he seemed to want it more than anyone else.

I think your last line sums it up from the first bell in his first fight you could see Rogan was well up for it
Re: New Heavyweight K.o Tournament
I enjoyed it, I thought Rogan did well to fight on and really bring it to dolan and well done to him.
imagine if the heavyweights who have some class do a tournemant like this, that really would be good to watch.

Did I hear it right last night they said there's going to be eight shows of Prizefighter this year? I guess it was pretty succesful, but still it could still be a flop if they go through the divisions too much, or anything like that.
