Know your facts and don't just make something up. Pac-JMM 1 was a draw, and Pac won the second fight via SD. The first one was a critical draw and I can't complain with it eventhough one of the judges made a mistake. Pac-JMM 2 was a close fight but, but there were no controversies.

I think at the time of the Pacquiao fight Barrera and Morales were in between their second and third fights. Here is something though.
Did Barrera not have the WBC Super featherweight title? He won it from Morales in their second fight or am I mistaken? The title was just not on the line for the Pacquiao bout.
I could be wrong I am not the best when it comes to following who has what belt (Especially nowadays since there are so many) but I just remember the second Morales fight being for the WBC super featherweight title and Barrera winning it, fighting Kevin Kelly and Johnny Tapia. Fighting Pacquiao and Ayala then Morales again and losing only 1 time in between so some sort of belt must have been around his waist.
