I've been following Uchiyama since '07 when he defeated Hussein & he is a very good fighter, but the fact is he entered unranked & stopped Salgado. Although Salgado defeated the highly touted Linares his records leaves a lot to be desired. Therefore I say 3 spots

I want to use my manager vote to drop Steve Molitor a place below Poonsawat.

Molitor has had truly hideous opposition since being blitzed by Caballero, and has not even looked impressive against them. I personally would drop him to the heap if I could, but I'll settle for at least Poonsawat being above him.
