Cotto was a small welterweight. Mayorga in recent years has been a full fledged 154 lber and fought at 160 his last fight.
He IS the bigger man.
Regardless its going to be a hard fight for Mayorga but he can do it. He can catch Cotto backing straight up with his left hand at his waste doing an impression of Floyd Mayweather.
Vargas don't count. He was bordeline expecting triplets and sadly was Mayorgas stepping stone, cruel irony.
