Hes taking Paulie for name and trinket grabbing so we'll buy into "multi division champion super star shit don't stank next coming WHOA " tag. All hes doing by leap froggin weight classes and falling back to 135 is proving that, indeed, 17 divisions are shit and unnecessary.
I was hoping he might drop to 140 but its a bit busy for now I guess. I never take reports at face value anymore. Hopefully there is still a chance that he could make a stop. It was pretty obvious from the beginning that he was tin collecting and getting a name. He could easily stay there if he chose to. He's got the frame and even looks like a welter in the ring at 135. He's one of these freaks that has been able to toy with weight since he turned pro. The only person I recall having any success doing this was Armstrong albeit briefly.

That is true, it is no coincidence that he prefers to fight Paulie and avoid Garcia et al. However Broner should be commended for moving out of his comfort zone.
