Now there's this. Mighty big of South Korea. But one has to wonder if the supposed humanitarian aid would actually be used for its intended purpose, or whether NK would deviate those funds elsewhere. ;) Moreover, Japan comes off like the heavy here, but how bad are they really, when NK keeps lobbing missiles over their heads?
