Idiot, new things are replacing Bitcoin
You fool, yes we have etherium and litecoin which are doing well now they have a new ico every week. None have a market cap close to Bitcoin
I'm not in etherium. It has gone up drastically but people do question its security and dislike that fact that a small group of people control holding millions of coins. It is more efficient than Bitcoin using much less electricity to mine aka. produce

So when I posted this a few days ago Bitcoin was at 8,000 it now broke 10,000 and is just under 11,000. 10,960 to be exact, holy cow, gotta keep an eye on this a correction is coming

No not so soon, I think it's gonna go up till January and February perhaps to 20,000 if it follows this pattern but I have no doubt it will crash

Re: Official saddo financial thread

That wouldn't be bad I'm expecting a drop to around 5,000 which is why you don't go crazy with it. A drop to 7,500 would still give me profit

It will be a 3 for 2 stock split with standard shares holding their own but preferred shares taking a pounding.

Re: Official saddo financial thread
FYI I took profits and will now sit on the sidelines as Bitcoin is going crazy at the moment

Re: Official saddo financial thread
I just want to reiterate I do not recommend Bitcoin unless you really look at it and know what u are getting into. Yes, you can make a lot of money quickly but from what I see there is little rhime or reason for these price increases. I guess volume but it's tricky to follow volume, thank you.

Re: Official saddo financial thread
Ok Bitcoin is back up you should all put all ur money into it. I also got some litecoin you can do that as well

Nasdaq trading Bitcoin futures may help give it value you unless they start manipulating it

Re: Official saddo financial thread
Bitcoin over 11,000, I made a transaction but it takes time to process. It needs to come in before it crashes again or I'll be on miles couch

Re: Official saddo financial thread
To prosper, holders of bitcoin have to spend/deposit BTC into exchanges/other service, while most of those service webmasters are anonymous. There is no sound reason for them to dare to ask people to give BTC/money to them while persuading people to believe "anonymous is the convention of Bitcoin World.
Convention? Now

The blockchain transactions are anonymous but the exchanges aren't. I'm not really concerned about that it's just an exciting thing to play with

Re: Official saddo financial thread
@Master there is another crypto called litecoin that has done quite well. A friend of mine got some when it first came out and bought a computer for 275 dollars worth of litecoin. That 275 of litecoin is worth 30,000 today so my friend always points out his 30,000 dollar computer to people who come over, he doesn't allow anyone to touch it

So eventually this bubble will burst... how do you know when to get out?

Dude I wish I knew. I do lean towards crypto being a bubble. Honestly the only way to truly avoid it is to stay out of it. Others say if Bitcoin does become a truly accepted currency it will be over 100,000 a coin. You can find all kinds of crazy predictions including the bubble one. You asked when do you know when to get out, truth being you can never find the top or bottom of these financial things until it has come and gone. I'm being prudent with it, it's making money now. If you are interested read up on it, see what you think, one Bitcoin at this moment (it can change quickly) is 11,800. You can purchase fractions of it or mine it if you have the technology to do it

Re: Official saddo financial thread
There are other crypto coins called alt coins that are doing well. Dodge coin, ripple, dash, litecoin, ethetium and a bunch of others I know nothing about. People do well trading on this coins, usually transferring profit back into Bitcoin which has more growth. I was thinking of looking into it but then you are getting into full time job always staring at the screen territory. A few guys on a crypto forum I'm on do that and it seems they are doing well and don't have that redicoulous this will go up forever attitude. A coworker of mine is like that, he actually told me he can make money forever as it will always go up. Sure that would be great but reality has to come into play at some point, not necessarily a crash but at the very least a major correction

Re: Official saddo financial thread
Dudes as I wrote that it broke 16,000, 16,280 last I looked. i have never seen anything like this.

Re: Official saddo financial thread
I bought 150$ of Bitcoin and 138$ worth of Litecoin just for a giggle and to see how it works. Just looking at my app now and my 283$ has turned into 325$ haha

Re: Official saddo financial thread
When I gave me little lesson on Bitcoin did anyone get in on it? Just wondering cause money would have been made. TBH I don't know if I'd touch it at this price but I said the same thing when it was 10,000

Re: Official saddo financial thread
@Gandalf I've read a few articles stating a lot of the Bitcoin demand is coming from South Korea could you enlighten me on this if you know

Re: Official saddo financial thread
I don't know Walrus, I am not paying any attention to it. Ordinary people are now riding the horse though which is usually a sign that people are going to get hurt jumping over the next fence. Maybe it goes to 100,000 first, but either way it will be interesting to see how it unfolds. I think the flawed terrorist angle will be rolled out before too long.

Re: Official saddo financial thread
There are numerous crypto currencies in addition to Bitcoin. Two of them, etherium and litecoin blew up today. Damn this shit is crazy
