That drug is a pain killer, it's usually prescribed to heroin addicts in withdrawal, although it's somewhat addictive itself. Possibly Mansour is a drug addict, or maybe he was taking it to better deal with the pain of his opponent's punches.
I don't know what the testing will be for this fight, but Mansour may be suspended elsewhere, but not in Croatia.
