Used to wake up in pain sometimes but loads of fish oil is helping min 4 caps morn and night and also MSM methyl sulfonyl methane really puts the wick back in the candle too :o 1/2 a teaspoon in a glass of water, $100 a kilo from online (the Canadian stuff not the Chinese) but good stuff when you are aging and the body takes time to repair, it seem to help many things.
I have a sore left knee too which I think affects and causes my back pain. I take no medication for it but probably need some minor surgery.
I probable need a new body, donations will be gratefully received.:beatup2: ;D
Re: Signs that you are getting older
I dont know if this is a sign but when I was younger, I didnt mind stomping on the bugs and the snails that crossed my path but at some point, I found myself walking around it so that they can live.
I guess it's cuz I realize how important life is as I get older and even the ants deserve to live a long life..
Re: Signs that you are getting older
I'm not as old as many of you bastards but one sign I notice is, I have more hair on my balls now than ever.
Re: Signs that you are getting older
Ear hair. Nose hair. More eyebrow hair. More body hair. Less head hair. Wearing the most comfortable shoes you can find and putting insoles in them to make them even more comfortable but your feet still hurt after you've gone for a walk.

Re: Signs that you are getting older
Seeing as I was supposedly dying a few weeks ago, I thought I would disappoint some of you with the information that I am not dying and in fact appear to be in pretty good health. I have some fatty deposits internally, but apparently nothing out of the ordinary. However, this isn't a cue to going back to unhealthy ways, I shall continue to pursue health and sanity rather than that of gluttonous insanity. In fact, going by my daily weighing where I weigh myself at the same time each day, I am 1.5kg's lighter than a month ago and so just by drinking less and doing a bit of exercise, you can start to have an impact. My goal is 80kg's and to just maintain that for several centuries give or take a little decomposition.
Re: Signs that you are getting older
We are having our health check and the 3 things they advise is eat healthy, exercise regularly and rest /sleep well.

I've had a crick in my neck every day for four years. By the time it works itself out, I'm tired and go to sleep. And wake up with a crick in my neck.

It hurts but you are right it is getting better. Sleep is messed up and at work I am a zombie. I have a cold as well so feel particularly down at the moment. :(
