Just finished Gladiator on BluRay while I stay up for the Dirrell v Abrahams fight, could have gone to bed but thought what the hell.
Good film with awesome picture quality, only matched by Casino Royale so far for depth of colour and crispness.
Anyone with HD recommendations?!? :confused:
Just saw Twilight. Gotta admit, nowhere near as bad as I was expecting.
Watched 'Tideland' this weekend (Terry Gilliam)- My recommendation, don't do it.
Not the last movie I've watched, but one that has stuck with me: Law-Abiding Citizen. It appealed to the dark side of me.

Watched the Time Travelers Wife with my fiance last night, kinda strange to me I guess its just a love story but they never explained how he became a time traveler or anything. It was just alright for me.

the lovely bones this was very good, was impressed with the acting, its a very emotional draining movie but is different & stanley tucci, rachael weisz and mark wahlbergs is great casting. the film is a abt a murdered young girl who watches over her family and her killer from heaven. with a battle of vengeance against desire for her family to heal.

You would be surprised at how the youngsters love the 3D, my 4 year old watch Ice Age all the way through chomping at the popcorn. The 7 year old wuss was scared of the affects and had to take them off!:)Quote:

A weird dark fantasy movie like a mixture of Mad max meets Oliver twist ,acted out incredibly by Circ du solie type of characters. very visual,warped dwarf women,evil co joined twins,a nice Giant,a cute little girl, and a serial devil after kids and their dreams ; good stunts with some unforgettable procedures thrown in . Not a feel good movie.
In a similar air to: A cook, The thief ,his wife, her lover.
6.7 out of 10 for real weird reasons.
