very funny film, better than the hangover if you ask me
i thought the hangover was most overated film of the year, it was so so average, didnt think much of hot tub from trailer but will give it a try now sir;D
Agreed. The Hangover never appealed to me.
I watched Jim Carey in "Yes Man" again last night. Enjoyable little comedy.
loved yes man this is a film that went under the radar but a good film & plenty of laughs;D
To be honest guys however good this sounds the prospect of watching jim carrey in anything other than the truman show sickens me.
just finished watching "Green Zone" - excellent film

I totally agree to mate,Hangover was overated for me too.I watched it on dvd copy a while ago and it was alright but nowt special.Infact the best bits of the film were spoilt as them bits were shown over and over again on the adverts.I'd give it 6 out of 10.There's loads of better films out there then Hangover!

i was playing darts at me local pub with me mates the other night and as we were leaving at kick out time 1130pm,me mate asked me if i wanted to watch the new PREDATORS film at his house due to him having already downloaded it on his computer.Soo i said yeah.I've been wanting to watch it as i've read in the papers that it had good ratings.Anyway i watched it that night at me mates and i must admitt i really enjoyed it.Its action packed from the start,"which is my cup of tea kind of film".There#s loads of scenes that are a remake of the first PREDATOR that stared Arnie. It has all the old theme tune during it to which is a great touch. Its a bit like a follow up of the first one, though this time its on a alien world than earth.I would strongly recommend people to watch this one if you like the first one,its great fun.I might even go and watch it again on the big screen.
I'd give it 8 out of ten, great fun to watch.;)

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo: Pretty solid. I'd read the book so I knew who did it which took something away from it.
The Damned United: I liked it. I don't know anything about Brian Clough so I don't know if the actor nailed it so to speak but I thought he was great regardless.
I've got this netflix streaming now so I've been messing around with that and both of them were on there. I've got a shit load of movies in my queue that I'll never get around to watching but I'm gonna try to get to The Royal Tenenbaums, The Pianist, Let the Right One in, Sin Nombre, Man on Wire, Before the Devil Knows You're Dead. Maybe this is England.
Its a pretty great deal. 8.99 a month and you can get one movie at a time through the mail but the best part is the instant legal streaming. They don't have as many movies up for streaming as I'd like but they have a lot still, all of those I mentioned plus a lot more.

Watched this movie last night and enjoyed it. I would suggest it to anyone who likes a bit of supense.
Brick. This kind of odd 1930's private eye movie set in a present day high school. It was ok.
Stepbrothers. I laughed more than I thought I would.

What did you make of the ending out of interest?

Do not continue reading if you haven't seen it!
Well, It could have gone two ways. He could have reverted back into his fantasy state or he couldn't live with the fact that his children are dead and he killed his wife so he pretended to revert to have the labotomy done.
Honestly, I think he was pretending from the way the exchange went. I think he willingly had his mind destroyed.
Agreed mate. That was my thinking as well, just dicking around with his shrink. Very good film - it's one of those films where you can see it coming but you don't - hard to explain. DiCaprio is a brilliant actor imo.
i saw it last night & really enjoyed it, really wished i had seen it @ the cinema now. thought that it was probably 20 mins to long but apart from that it was excelent.
I dunno abt the ending, & i think that makes it an even better film, cos we could speak all day abt it
Watched it last night. Was a slow burner, almost got me, had to have a little break in the middle or I'd have fallen asleep. Great ending, no doubt he chose to have his wires scrambled.

So does he go back for the money after everything settles?
I would have at least wanted to see him go back and get the money OR did he actually report it?
