Excellent last round from Anthony Joshua. He really dug deep in the last round, it was scrappy but he really did put it all on the line and made it really tough for Cammarrelle. The first two rounds were close, but Joshua came back strongly and deserved that last round.

1 and a quarter hours until the closing ceremony. A time to reflect on two weeks of sporting excellence. As a small nation we certainly over achieved again and did a brilliant job of hosting in our own inimitable and quirky way. Bolt and Jamaica delivered over short distances on the track, and our man Mo grabbed the 5 and 10,000 by the gonads. Ennis the poster Girl lived up to the hype, Rutherford exceeded expectations and Daley capped a difficult year with a medal in a very high scoring final. Murray won:-) and the GB boxing team proved that investment and quite a bit of luck reaps rewards. If the closing show is half as good as the opener we should be in for a treat.
The rumours doing the rounds are that the closing ceremony is going to be just as quirky as the opener, and as the next one is in Rio, Boris Johnson is celebrating by having a Brazilian live in the ceremony.
