The Ghost Writer. I was actually pretty disappointed. Whatever your opinions of Polanski as a person he knows how to make a movie. But the ending was disappointingly predictable and cliched.
I watched State of Play, but not the movie, the original BBC mini-series. It was pretty good.

A lot of critics are calling it an early masterpiece, and liken to even such time honored movies as Citizen Cane. Others just say it's a great movie, with a great screen writer and director, great lead actor and a shoe for academy awards.

I watched the George Clooney film"The American"the other night and it was'nt really good, its worth a watch but only if your really bored during the day.Its far to slow and Clooney does'nt really say nowt.It looks great on t.v in the trailers as all films do but its not as good as its made out to be.I'd give it 6 out of 10.
The Social Network - One time watch, it was good... Jack Ass 3D - Def. must see in 3D and all in all a fucken hilarious sick film. Unstopable - Good film overall, nothing special or spectacular but def. worth seeing. Saw 3D - The 3D exp. is great for this film, the script/plot of the film was OK. It's worth it if you see it 3D.

Hachi
An American remake of a true story. Hachi is a dog who basically sits and waits at his dead masters train station waiting for him to come home from work. HachikÅ - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The story itself is amazing. Good family film for this time of year. Dont mind admitting I had to fend off a lump in the throat a couple fo times.

I strongly recommend RED with Bruce Willis & Morgan Freeman...
Really good film... Wittingly funny and just an overall really good film.
I really enjoyed it from begining to end.
I also saw Easy A... It was good. A one time watch film that had it's moments.
(My girl wanted to watch it :p ) Plus I was hoping to see Emma Stone in her panties or something. :D
I saw The Town which was really good. Not a bif Affleck fan but gotta hand it to him it was a very well done film and liked the ending of the film def. not what I expected. I recommend this film too.

Tron
An ok movie with some nice pictures but definitely doesnt like up to the hype, especially because the whole movie is not in 3D, only some parts.

Over Christmas watching loads:-
Cars - is boring for the kids who lost interest in the slower scenes.
Chronicles of Narnia 2 - shite although the kids liked the first one.

Just watched Bonded by blood absolute wank Essex Boys and Rise of the foot soldier much better.
Watched Law Abiding Citizen on Sky rather than a dodgy copied DVD and that film was great until it became a joke with what Gerard Butlers character was able to get upto.
Imagine you are now a mass murderer with the whole of the city wondering how he is killing these people while he is banged up, the guy would be under 24 hour sureillance with possibly cameras but the guy just pops out of his cell for hours on end every night with no one aware what he is doing haha pathetic really.
