Whats the difference between real muscles and built up muscles? Bicep size dunt mean squat in boxing. If it did lacy would have beaten calzaghe.

Built up muscles are not that usefull in boxing as they are not speedy and they use too much oxygen so you get a poor stamina. Watch Lacy and I.G. Calzaghe. Lacy looks much stronger than Calzaghe but Lacy's muscles are not suited for boxing and they make him slower and a poorer boxer. He should trim down just a Wlad did.

Fight could go either way, but I think Kessler would make the same mistake someone is making about the muscles. Kess would stand in there thinking he would smash Lacy, only to get knocked the f**k out!

Your oppinion is just a good as mine or others, but pleas let me inform you that Kessler in the Amateurs Rank was very famous for never taking shots and therby never loosing on points. I still do think that he is the best defensive boxer of SMW.
To be honest I do not think that Lacy has the power to KO Kess - actually I do think that Kess has much more brutal power than Lacy and might KO Lacy big time ;D

Defensive Kess, got it. The thing is, since Lacy's loss, people are going to doubt him badly, and Kess being as big or bigger might give him the idea that he could walk through Lacy. IF, that happened, I think he would get KOd. Kess seems smarter than that, but who knows. Vitali is a good defesive fighter that thought he could walk threw Lewis, and you see how bad he got busted up.

I think you're seeing his back in there instead of his arm....Kess's arm is not that big....oh, and there is no way a man can be taller and have more muscle and not weigh more...remember I said muscle and not fat.....

The mans back tat blends with his bicep tat to CREATE AN ILLUSION!!!!!! and if cityboy did his research when Lacy trained against JC he had a strength and conditioning coach that concentrated on a lot of pylometric exercises to work on explosive movements!!! not on Asthetic bodybuilding but I doubt he had time to read that since he has his head in Kesslers lap most of the time :o

We all knew jeff had flaws but again I ask were wuz he to go????? he fought quite a few times last year he destroyed most of those who they put in front of him he wanted to entertain and fight the best....He would fight anyone he said!!!!! he will rest and overcome like I said earlier you can learn to jab and move your head you cant learn to walk thru hell and back without quitting you cant learn to have an iron chin you are born a warrior you dont learn how to be one he never stopped coming at Joe even when he was taking helacious punishment,I find it hard to believe his 1st fight will be a hand picked glass jaw no namer he is way to competitive for that, unless its Peter Manfredo jr LOL!!!!

Good point...why no one is really talking about Lacy (other than this negative uber bullshat) is that he hasn't made a statement since the Calzaghe loss.
IWO, Lacy is still a factor at 168lbs...Lacy just has a lot of heart & I am sure that a large part of his heart seemingly has a bit of a whole in it. Lacy was riding high on his sucess prior to Calzaghe & I am just about 99.9% sure that he knew after the first round that he was on a whole different level.
Jeff has only 20 fights or so on a PRO level & being in front of that many fans & taking such a beating after such high expectations were set can crush anyone...Tito Trinidad is a good example of that...but I think Jeff will be back.
He's got the skills & the power...just not the defense IWO.
That is what I thought would hurt him...& that it did...along with Calzhage's 1000+ punches. The kid's not a stepping stone...he's just got to regroup.
Set backs happen in boxing...but true champions persevere.
