your head don't crash up on the base when you move your feet ? Hell i just use a slip ball for head movement. I never seen that done what your talking about. Sound intresting..

I have a TITLE training DVD with Roach doing something similar to what Scrap is talking about.

anything on the swivel

actually doesn't loot too bad to me. It looks like it's all metal, so...

try some grease to loob it up. (the swivel, that is.)

it has to have free motion on all sides and clearly it is restricted by the sides.
