For me,Rafa Marquez,Darchinyan(even though I dislike him),Pacman,Corrales. Ponce De Leon carries a wallop too. Whoever said Joel Julio is spot on too,the guy has awesome power.

The most non-biased way to find that out is to find the percentage of one-punch knockouts of each of the boxers today. But I don't think there's a stat for that available in the fighters' records so we'll have to rely on their career-set videos. So if there's any rich kid here with nothing to do, this is for you - you can be the next hero out here if you can get the answer! ;D
