The Welterweight devision doesn't need him it has Mosley coming back in 2007 and with Margarito, Williams, Cotto, Cintron, Baldomir, Quintana, Collazo and lets not forget Judah ;D we got some terrific matchups ahead ;)

CC,,WW fooking rocks with or without Floyd. All those guys will fight each other too whereas I'm guessing Floyd would only fight Mosley out of that list.
