Disagree there. He gave Judah props for being a great fighter...but one that always fell apart when the going got tuff...he proved that.
As far as Gatti goes...that is the one fight that Floyd should have always taken from a marketing standpoint but never really REALLY wanted. HBO pushed that one & it up Floyd's status.

Thats true I'm ragging on your chain, although most fighters say "I've got the tools," or "Nothing will stop me," where as Floyd will say "it's easy work," which in a way sells himself short because not much Floyd Mayweather does is easy work. Nothing against him, thats his style and you can't diss him for it. He's lived up to all the talk,

Simple as. Billy Graham didnt even want him to take the fight.
He's naturally a light welter and thats where his future should lie. I agree he should only move up to fight Mayweather or Cotto.

I just don't think he deserved the win against Collazo. He's doing the right thing to go back down to 140, but he just can't admit that it was because he had a difficult time with his first fight in that division against someone he thought he would have an easy time with.
C'mon Tito, you don't think that if the Collazo fight wasn't as close/controversial (or he didn't get such a boxing lesson), perhaps an early KO, he wouldn't be getting in line to fight a cotto or mayweather? (BTW, Collazo should not have been charged for Knock down in the first round)

The Collazo fight was a close decision no doubt, but it wasn't that controversial IMO. I am not arguing that Rick didn't think it was going to be easier than it was, as almost everyone else was expecting the same. Hatton may have made different choices had his performance been better but that doesn't prove anything. I can't believe that some expect him to admit that he found it too tough as the reason for moving back down. As he gets older it may be harder to make LW and so he may have to fight at Welter again.
Danno, suggesting that he got a boxing lesson is stretching it a little too far as that suggests it was all one sided, which cannot be said otherwise it wouldn't be generally acknowledged as a close decision.
