Wow, I'm almost glad now that HBO isn't showing an undercard fight. Who put those fights together? Yikes.

Haha - what is even the point of putting Rueban Galvan in a 12 round fight?
I forgot that Woods - Gonzalez was supposed to be on this card, that's right. Damn I was actually looking forward to seeing Gonzalez again.
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds! Hatton vs Castillo!!!
Is that the same Zuniga who had the fight with Pavlik and the 2 wars with Zertuche? That fight won't be too bad!
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds! Hatton vs Castillo!!!
Hatton will get this one! Hes been pretty dominate at 140 for a while and i believe he is the man to beat at 140. He knows this fight is the key to those bigger names again because Castillo himself is a big name and i feel my man will have a lot of motivation for stopping him. Hatton knows how much will be dropped onto him after these last performances and i do feel that this will make him rise to the occasion more. Castillo aint no joke and i think Hatton knows that.
Castillo aint done much at 140 except a hard fought SD win against his last fighter. This will surely benefit Hatton because all of his fights but one were at 140 and he knows how to act on that.
Im thinking a late stoppage or a hard faught UD for Hatton here. I just dont want to see him losing this one after how much he has done. this fight will really push him name again and lets hope he wins in style.
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds! Hatton vs Castillo!!!
I'm gonna go for Castillo by KO. Hatton is desperate to impress but against Castillo you can go all guns blazing which i think Hatton will do. I think he's gonna eat up counters and upper cuts all night long, Hattons face is gonna look like Fernado Vargas's against Mosley ;D lets jut hope Castillo makes weight :o

JLC open workout. Some interesting points:
*And, if estimates are correct the majority of fans attending Saturday night’s bout will be British as well. That’s right! Over 8,000 Brits are said to be descending on the Thomas & Mack Center this Saturday night with their soccer chants in tow to cheer on Manchester’s favorite son. The British Invaders making their way across the pond and to the Nevada desert come expecting a war and Castillo hopes to oblige
* When asked if the fans can expect a war, Castillo said that if Hatton fights like he did against Kostya Tszyu then Saturday night’s championship bout will be a classic for the ages. Castillo did say however that whether Saturday night’s fight is a thriller or a dud will depend on which Hatton shows up. If it is the Hatton that last fought Juan Urango, then the fans might unfortunately have to endure lots of breaks in the action as Hatton is known to have a penchant for holding and clinching. Will it be a classic war Saturday night? "That is up to him and what style he will be using. If he fights like the way he did against Kostya Tszyu it will be a classic," concluded Castillo
* When asked if he would categorize Hatton as a dirty fighter, Castillo answered in the affirmative- “Yes, I would.” Nonetheless, Castillo credited Hatton with being a true champion and having a big heart. “He will do what he has to do to win,” concluded Castillo, “We both will.” Castillo announced that if Hatton uses dirty tactics in Saturday’s fight, he will return the favor declaring: “I am going to fight him however he fights me. If he fights dirty, I will fight dirty. It's up to him."
*Yes, obviously a win here would give either of us that opportunity to fight Mayweather.”

I will be shocked if Castillo wins. I want it but his last performance and even against Julio Diaz he didn't look like that whirling tornado he was in the first and second corrales fight. I think Hatton wins decision

I have to remind that that fight with Corrales was just two fights ago and ever since, Castillo demolished Chico in 4 and never had the chance to do it again for known reasons, now there's no reason whatsoever for Castillo at 33 not makin this his last big effort for the million dolllar paydays that may come ahead, of course there's Hatton who also put it up against Tszyu two fights ago at this weight-class... The question is that Hatton respects Jose Luis more than the other way around so at that second when Ricky goes for the attack, he'll have something holding himself back and that may be why neither this fight will live up to Corrales Castillo nor to Tszyu Hatton... :'(

What will the world say if Castillo blasts Ricky out?
For that matter...what will the world say if Ricky blasts Castillo out?

If Castillo blasts Ricky out the world will say: "Bloody Hell. Didn't expect that to happen. I guess that Hatton was a bit over-rated, and when he beat Tzuyu, he must have been a one-off. Ah well, another over-hyped Brit."
If Ricky blasts Castillo out, the world (the speaking identity of 'the world' is a northerner by the way) will say: "Castillo was shot anyway, he's been in too many hard battles, and just didn't have it in him anymore."
AS the official spokesperson for 'The World', I hope to have answered your query.

That seems a bit harsh, I do not, and have never owned or run a farm. If you search Alan Jones in boxrec, you'll find the real fighting farmer who is from my area. I did once help out at a local farm during baling season to stack and store haybales, but I was 12 years old and only did it as I was paid £10 for that afternoon's work.
I am not a farmer! And it's spelt oats, mr Wacko sir.
