Multiple Quotes did you say???
One other off Ray Hatton Okay then.
Why are you focusing solely on the Frank Warren comment???
Because that's exactly what your doing, you must be as thick as pig S*** (Sorry you are as thick as pig S***) and twice as soft to believe anything Frank says about Ricky Hatton, everything is lies, if that's what your comments are based on Mr FACTMAN then it just shows how much Intelligence you got ZERO!!
Why do you think Hatton never fought Floyd a few years back??, he had never fought in the U.S. and had not tasted the Welterweight limit yet. Let's remmeber Ricky fought a World Champion on his first step up to Welterweight and who did your little bum boy fight?? I'll tell you a shot to F*** Sharmba Mitchell.
Have you posted a speech in Floyd saying NO to fighting in the U.K. shitting his pants after he seen what Ricky did to Kosta OR what about Ricky pushing the fight with Floyd hmmmm THOUGHT NOT LOSER!!!

Mayweather isn't my favourite fighter. He is def in my top five - ten. Although I acknowledge that FMJ has the best overall skills package in the game right now.
My favourite fighters are Guzman, Casamayor, Salita, Trinidad, etc.
This fight is huge and topical, so we end up talking about Mayweather quite a bit. I am puzzled and entertained by the people who believe that Hatton is a top fighter, or that he can beat Mayweather. The Hatton stans are just a bit naive, and have bought into media hype intended to sell a fight. My guess is that most of those bandwagoners will disappear on 12/9.
If you consider me "biased", please name one thing I have said which is untrue.

you clearly know absolutely nothing about Hatton and his fans if you think they are 'bandwagoners' and they will disappear if he loses. Hatton fans are Hatton fans no matter what......win or lose. Hatton's fans will never disappear. Thats just how it is.
Well you said Hatton has been ducking Mayweather for 3 years.
You jump on Mayweather's dick and Hatton's back at every given oppurtunity. No point denying it when everybody else can see your doing it.

Hatton and his camp turned down the fight in 2004 saying they needed a couple more fights. They took a couple more fights. Then they turned the fight down in january, 2006 saying that they needed a few more fights - STILL.
But , you know what? That's all in the past. Forget about that. The fight is happening. They are both in their primes.
Listen. I make no secret. I think Hatton is going to lose this fight and lose badly. If that makes me an idiot, so be it. But , by the way, here are some other folks who have said that they think Mayweather will win: Calzaghe, Honeyghan, McGuigan, Witter, Woods, Lewis.
All those biased folks.....right?? The reason that Hatton is a 2:1 or 3:1 underdog is because of me...right?
Hatton has not fought a single prime, elite fighter in his life. NOT. A. SINGLE. ONE. If you think that the Castillo fight was impressive, fair play on you. But Castillo was a shot fighter who looked like crap in his two previous bouts. JLC went through one of history's most brutal fights with Corrales and he had repeated weight issues.
I think that Hatton will struggle to hit Floyd. He will get countered often and hard. His face will become shredded (see below). Ricky just has not faced a calibre of fighter like Floyd. Mayweather is not Collazo. Or Urango.
Or 38 year old Freddie Pendleton with 25 losses.

DO NOT DISAPPEAR OR MAKE EXCUSES AFTER THE FIGHT. NO EXCUSES FROM MAYWEATHER FANS. NO EXCUSES FROM HATTON FANS.
Re: Mayweather vs Castillo and Hatton Vs Colazzo
I disagree with Dios that Hatton has been ducking Floyd. I don't think either guy has been ducking the other. This fight is happening at just the right time. Ricky needed to come to the US and beat a big-name guy (Castillo) to increase his profile over here, which would bring more money into the fight. Both Hatton and Mayweather are smart business guys and they realized this. No one's been ducking anyone.
I do agree with Dios that Hatton has very little chance to win this fight and that people who think he does are probably letting their love of Hatton cloud their thinking a little bit.
Re: Mayweather vs Castillo and Hatton Vs Colazzo
BOXING: Mayweather wants challenges, gets mismatches
I want to fight Mike Tyson.
Give me, oh, say, $30 million, a $250,000 training allowance, a few months to get in shape and I'm there. And please have someone remind Tyson adviser Shelly Finkel to have plenty of security around at the news conference, because I'm going to work myself into such a frenzy that I might do something nuts and try to gnaw Iron Mike's ear off the first time I lay eyes on him.
Easy, isn't it? Now I'm a legitimate, honest-to-goodness tough guy.
Well, OK, I'm not that tough, really. But I am if you judge me according to the behavior of a lot of guys who call themselves professional boxers these days.
Floyd Mayweather Jr., the world's finest boxer, is fighting Sharmba Mitchell on Nov. 19 in Portland, Ore., in a bout that is such a mismatch it doesn't belong on network television.
It will, though, be on HBO, as will the, ahem, classic, middleweight match between Winky Wright and Sam Soliman a month later.
These are the kinds of matchups that occur when a television network gives a fighter a date and, in essence, tells him to find an acceptable opponent. The way to do it, if you have the fans in mind and want to show the best fights, is to make the match first, then assign a date.
But Mayweather, incredulously, is being blamed for having to fight Mitchell. After filleting Mitchell, which should take seven or eight rounds, Mayweather will have completed a year in which none of three fighters he faced -- Henry Bruseles, Arturo Gatti and Mitchell -- were any kind of a threat to him.
Few active fighters relish challenges more than Mayweather. Diego Corrales comes to mind, but the list of those who always want to fight the toughest fights possible is shorter than Verne Troyer's (aka Mini-Me's) inseam.
"I can't make these guys fight," said an exasperated Mayweather, who had hoped to face Wright in what would have been one of the year's most intriguing bouts instead of what will turn out to be nothing more than a glorified exhibition.
Former lightweight, welterweight and super welterweight champion Shane Mosley was offered a bout against Mayweather, but declined.
Mosley said he wanted a couple of tuneups, but said he'd fight Mayweather next year.
Kostya Tszyu isn't sure he'll fight again. His conqueror, Ricky Hatton, turned Mayweather down before money was even discussed.
Oscar De La Hoya has mentioned Mayweather, but said he won't consider him until late 2006.
That's around the time when Top Rank promoter Bob Arum said he'd be willing to put young and promising Miguel Cotto in against Mayweather.
There were others, including undisputed welterweight champion Zab Judah, but they couldn't come close to contract terms.
And boxers know there are two ways to get out of a fight: simply by saying no, as Hatton did, or by asking for more money than promoters will be able to pay.
That's why I'm confident I won't have to step into the ring against Iron Mike, because $30 million is a bit much, though considering the talent level Mike has been facing, Finkel might approach me.
Given the choice of fighting Mitchell or fighting no one, Mayweather did the prudent thing. He took the $3.75 million, flew to Portland and said he'd fight Mitchell.
"I don't think about the present, I think in terms of being a legend," Mayweather said. "Those are the kinds of fights I want, the fights that will make me a legend.
"People still talk about Sugar Ray Robinson, 40, 50 years after he last fought. I want to fight the fights that people will talk about to their grandkids.
"But I have to stay active. I can't get a fight and I just can't stay away. If no one (of substance) will fight me, I'll fight someone who will. I have kids who need to eat."
The fight that should have been made was one between Wright, who has zero prospects for a big fight, and Mayweather. Talks fell apart over financial terms.
Wright's promoter, Gary Shaw, estimated there is at least $12 million in such a fight and perhaps up to $14 million, which should be enough to pay both men and make the bout happen early in 2006.
They're the best fighters in the world and are in need of a marquee opponent.
Instead of fighting Moe and Larry and looking ahead to bouts with Shemp and Curly, they ought to look at the reaction Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo got for their fight.
They made the biggest checks of their careers and battled in front of a near-sellout crowd at the Thomas & Mack, because fans knew they were getting a real fight.
Forget this garbage involving Mitchell and Soliman and have the world's two best boxers definitively settle the question of who is No. 1.

Re: Mayweather vs Castillo and Hatton Vs Colazzo
Why would Hatton in his right mind take a fight at a point in his career when he didn't believe he could win? I'm sorry, but some of you guys are just strangely opinionated. Hatton has given himself a few years to develop into a fighter that he believes is capable of beating Mayweather. Why begrudge him this? He may have avoided Mayweather a few years ago (although I have read an interview with Ray Hatton that claimed the delay was agreed upon with team Mayweather to deliver the fight fans would want to see), but now he feels ready and has stepped up to the plate so I believe at least the ducking bull should now be left at the door. Mayweather is still at his peak, Ricky is at his peak, can't we just be happy about this. Ricky Hatton 2 years ago would not have been prime at 147, he is now, end of story.

The fights were offered at 140. But weight is moot because Mayweather clearly isn't hitched to any single weight.
Also, would you please post a link to that article you mentioned? It seems odd given that Team Mayweather were claiming that Hatton was turning down their offers. And that multiple boxing writers were saying that Hatton declined offers.
Thanks for the article.
