this wasnt a prophetic pick, it was a realistic one, what was unrealistic was the sentiment that williams was the one who would beat mayweather with his sloppy weak style, margarito lost to williams cuz he is the slowest fuck alive and he isnt that great in general, williams was immediately given the hype that people gave to margarito


quintana had been forgotten after the cotto fight, and people mostly remembered him for that fight


and there were some insane odds somewhere that were like +675 quintana


anyway paul williams never impressed me and quintana has before



i didnt think williams odd punches could possibly outbox quintana, and i didnt figure even if he found some random power that hed be able to throw good punches top quintanas body

I'm referring to the first post in which you just said Quintana would dominate PW with two smilies....thats not exactly laying it out there...I didnt see any of those points prior to my post so forgive me if I overlooked those.
Im with you though, my main issues with PW was his lack of pop, thats where the Hearns comparisons would get shot down....after the Margarito fight I was just thinking it was due to Tony's solid chin, but nope he really throws arm punches. Maybe he needs Manny Steward to work on his mechanics, he kind of wings/slaps alot. Still props on picking that big time dog.
