as new as kimbo is to the game, I actually think he's more talented than Sapp could ever dream of being. IMO, the only reason Sapp has lasted this long is because he is so brutally strong. I said this a long time ago... you can't get to where kimbo is without having spent some time in a real gym. The man has awesome power and is actually one of the more technically proficient stand-up fighters in mma already. you're right about Bas... in time Bas will make him awesome all around.
I know a few buddies in Akron who do mma. They trained for a few years. They trained less than a year before there first fight. Now boxers train as young as five. They train to do three things. To deliver a punch to take a punch and avoid a punch. So yes boxers do have better chins. They don't stand up strait when they punch and leave their chins to hang out and dry. The knock out is caused by inrushia in the skull. Gloves where invented to prevent the knuckles from breaking.Quote:

I never really thought much of Tank Abbot, he was good to watch but he is extremely limited and he is a shot fighter. Kimbo beating an old Tank Abbot don't really impress me.
