rep click superheavy, though I don't see how duddy could have been given round 9.
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
one jugde scored it a draw WTF
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
95-95 and boooos. 98-92 and 98-92 for John Duddy by the last two judges. Probably the right decision, and Smichet will certainly leave this fight with a whole heap of credit. I'm somewhere in between the draw and the wide win.

Totally honest opinion from Duddy... refreshing to see

Maybe they are running for office? ;)
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
John Duddy said afterwards: "I had a good trip to Ireland and I think I was trying too hard to impress I think. My last few performances have been pretty decent. This is a learning curve for my career. Perhaps I have a lot more to learn as well.
Kelly Pavlik is a great champion, and he had 33 fights before his title, and I've had only 24. I wish I was smart enough to dodge all the punches, but obviously that's not the case. I'll listen to my public, listen to my training team, and see who to fight next."
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
phew, Duddy squeaked it out eh?...well he had as much short notice of the opponent, but sounded like his defense hasnt gotten better, hey a wins a win, I'll take it.

Your scoring sounds on the money then..!
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
Great rd by Rd SHRhun.... rep this guy folks as its this type of commitment that keeps this place great ;)
Re: Klitschko v Ibragimov - World Heavyweight Title UNIFICATION DRBR
Where was this aired ??? If they (HBO) are trying to build a pavlik Vs. Duddy scrap......this would have been premier exposure.....no pun. Just sounds like Duddy needs to cash in the chips quick and jump at a major Match up.

Sounds like he's got the attitude of someone who deserves to do well... If he kept his defence up during the first 4 it looks like he would have won quite convincingly..
Good work Duddy!! A great win to tuck under the belt... Sounded like he was going to get slaughtered at the start.

The only thing that I can confirm is that my breath....after plenty of beer and a glass or two of the vino....is indeed rank. As for amateur...certainly!
