I am sorry but with Kelly at 50 percent he will still knock Mora out. I give all credit to Mora he's got balls but this is suicide.If Mora beats Pavlik this will be the biggest upset of all time.No question in my mind.

They're gonna have to change the expression, "Dude, Floyd's avoiding Cotto like the Pavlik!":cool:
I would much rather fight Miguel Cotto than have to fight Pavlik. Cotto goes more for the body and I can live with that but Pavlik is a phuking head hunter and he would knock my head clean off :eek:

Pavlik can walk ANYONE down... He's not afraid to get hit a la Miranda, he is a fine boxer with decent deceptive speed and great deceptive power...

I belive it would take a serious off night for pavlik to loose to mora, i can see pavlik having an off round or a couple of seconds of stupidity like he did against taylor putting his hands down, but not an off night the guy really seems well grounded and not fazed by the money and fame yet. I'm really not sure what mora could put in his gloves to keep pavlik from coming at him. If mora was able to hit pavlik and make him blink that would be about all the hesitation i think mora could give him. Now i know it sounds like i'm crapping on mora but mora does have a chance i guess....the guy in a word to me is really "quirky". That's how i describe him, his movements can cause some problems at first, he's an ok boxer and i belive a huge weight has been lifted after his last win. I think he belives he a real boxer now, when in the past i'm not sure if he really felt he belonged. Still say he gets his ass beat, but i give him props for what he's done and he's gotton me to lay off the jokes quite a bit as compared to the past....

I just can't be bothered to hate Mora like a lot of people do. He's obnoxious but he's not as boring as some guys and his voice is not as annoying as Tarver's. I save my dislike for the really boring guys like Raheem, Rocky Juarez.
He actually might do a bit better than some think but he'll still get stopped at some point.

He is cashing in on his champion status before facing a real threat.
Lockett and now Mora, they dont belong in the ring with Pavlik and Arum knows it.

This is good for Pavlik to fight a slickster like Mora. It will be like the time Cotto faced Mallinggi. But this one will most likely not make it out of the 5-6 round. Pavlik needs to get into the ring with a guy who I think is extremely fast with his jab and overall hand speed. This fight with expose any holes in Pavlik. He took shots from Miranda. He out boxed the best boxer in the middle weight division and knocked him out the first time. This looks like a good fight to analyze Pavlik with. I believe if he fought Abraham that Abraham would go into a shell and get beat to death. That one should be next. Hopefully in that time he takes Strum's belt and there is a unification.

Well who do you suggest Pavlik fights ?? Abraham is busy at the moment and there's no way Felix Sturm will come to the USA, so who else really is there ?? Mora has quite a big name from winning The Contender and he has beaten Forrest who is a good name so i don't see anything wrong with this fight.

I agree, I'd really like to see Pavlik fight Winky instead of Mora, but Arum seems dead-set against it.
This fight is just a set-up for a Pavlik-Abraham unification bout, so I'm fine with it. Mora's a much more worthy opponent than Rubio, that's for damn sure.

What really bugs me is he was unable to knock out the following three fighters
Edson Madrid UD 6/6
Anthony Ivory UD 8/8
Ross Thompson UD 8/8
I wonder if these fights were fights in which Kelly was working on things inside the ring and trying to polish his skills a little more. I don't know because I have not seen any of those fights. I will be looking for them though.
