I take it your reffering to the ONLY other "Latino" 4 div. champ in history.
He's not in the hall of fame.
He fought top opposition. Fighters like: Myung Woo Yuh x2, Yong Kang Kim, Saeng Ploenchit, Sornpichai Kratingdaenggym, Todaka, Kobayashi, Bredahl, Sidorenko.
He accomplished in Latino history something that ONLY Roberto Duran has accomplished.
Is that him Spicoli?
.......Ok,so I suck at the set up but you get my drift. Also notice him over the years listed by a few different first names. Now You know I cant answer my own question but 'Torito' ;) was shown quite a bit back when Univision aired sunday noon fights..........get em Mick ;D
I think he's one of those rare cases.
He's 1 in a million.
However it must be said that his skills were nothing to rave about. I've seen a few of his fights and he did a lot of things right but I feel more then anything he imposed himself and just gutted out wins.

Sorry Scrap, I have this habbit of refercing fighters nicknames and not their full names. I also often use abbr. as to not type a long name...
Anyway their birth names are both Carlos Hernandez.
One is from El Salvador and his nickname is "Famoso" he is more known for his fights vs. Morales, PBF and Genaro Hernandez.
The other is a Venezuelan great whos nickname is "Morocho" he is more known for his fights vs. Lane (RIP), Perkins, Joe Brown, Napoles, Laguna, & Locche.
