Edwin Valero has never fought at Lightweight and has no fights scheduled at Lightweight its stupid logic and if we all thought that way then every single fighter at the top of there division would automatically be rated in a higher weightclass.
So why did WBO ranked Guzman no. 1 at lightweight when Guzman hasn't fought at lightweight yet ??
WBO Official Lightweight rankings as of Sept.
Champ NATE CAMPBELL USA Interim
1 Joan Guzman DR
2 Juan Diaz USA
3 Anthony Peterson USA
4 Jorge Terron (NABO) USA
5 Breidis Prescott (Int-Cont) COL
6 Michael Katsidis AUST
7 Martin Kristjansen DEN
8 Ali Funeka SA
9 Bobby Pacquiao (Asia-Pacific) PHI
10 Vicente Escobedo USA
Because he was fighting Nate Campbell who is the best Lightweight at the moment so it automatically makes him the number one centender does it not ?
Not that reason or else what do you think Juan Diaz (or Anthony Peterson) say about that? ;)

10. Julio Diaz
Noticed that Guzman and Valero hasn't fought at lightweight yet but they are ranked already...
.
So they are going for Fightnews.com belt?
Here, now that I've got you to accept the official decisions, how about we take the next step and look at the official rankings.
Fightnews got no belt but I consider its rankings the same with that of a magazine... ;D They're both NOT an official sanctioning bodies...

Wanna guess what belt Manny has on his left arm?

I don't understand what your trying to say Joan Guzman was challenging for Nate Campbell's belt's which automatically makes him the number 1 contender now the fight has been cancelled he should be erased off the Lightweight rankings its totally different to Edwin Valero.

I think Guzman got the no. 1 rankings at 135 because he is the WBO 130 division champ...
Valero is ranked by Figthnews at no. 5 at 135 because he is the WBA 130 champ...
See this ranking bodies does consider your rankings in your previous division...
.

It's the one from the magazine... but I didn't really refer to it when I justified PAC's no. 1 ranking at 135... ;)

As i said Joan Guzman was number 1 because he was challenging for Nate Campbell's belt's which makes him the number 1 contender automatically which makes sense having Edwin Valero on any Lightweight rankings makes no sense because not only does he not have any fights scheduled at Lightweight even worse he has had no fights at Lightweight if we are using your logic then Vernon Forrest should be ranked at Middleweight ? or Chad Dawson should be ranked at Cruiserweight ? do you see where this logic fails ?

You still haven't justified PAC at number 1.

So "we" better replace the people in the rankings committee of Fightnews and WBO ??
"We" make more sense I guess ... :lolhaha:

Its stupid logic and you know it my post above pretty much says it all and how bad the logic fails i never said Joan Guzman at number 1 was stupid logic i said that makes sense but having Edwin Valero there makes no sense.

I already did... but you have a different opinion... I respect that...

And Fightnews must of not updated Edwin Valero because it says he is number 1 behind Manny Pacquiao thats when there were talks of that fight happening but that was a good few months ago so Edwin Valero should be taken off the list.

You provided no valid arguments for ranking PAC higher than JMM at 135.

No. 2 to No. 15 can also challenge the champion... It's the other way around, Guzman was ranked at no. 1 (coz he's a 130 champ) and got the no. 1 mandatory challenger status NOT that he challenged the champ so he got the no. 1 contender ranking... ;D automatically ?? :lolhaha:

At least me and Fightnews agree and ranked PAC at no. 1 ... (actually I copied Fightnews :lolhaha: )
.
