what can ricky hatton do better in a rematch? well everythin really, for a start his head movement will be alot better, hes being trained by a better trainer than last time, we can have a decent ref, and hopefully hatton wont be riled up like e was last time. dont forget floyd has been inactive for over a year.
Sorry but your really clutching at straws here, firstly theres no way Floyd Mayweather Sr will train Ricky Hatton against Floyd Mayweather, so you can scratch that idea for a start.
I haven't seen any real good head movement from Ricky Hatton in a long time, he was decent against Paul Malignaggi, but i still felt he was very hittable. And he fought the sameway as he did against Juan Lazcano.
Except Paul Malignaggi basically quit after the 1st round, and decided to duck and grab all night long. Instead of actually throwing punches, and trying to win the fight.
And please enough with the Joe Cortez excuse its getting really tiresome, i remember being on here a day before the fight. And every Ricky Hatton fan was happy Joe Cortez was the referee.
I didn't think the officiating was anywhere near as bad, as Ricky Hatton fans claim. Joe Cortez warned both fighters, Ricky Hatton was actually allowed to fight on the inside, because thats were majority of the fight actually took place on the inside.
And thats exactly why i feel Ricky Hatton has no chance, he was beat at his own game on the inside. Once Floyd Mayweather worked him out it became a one sided fight. You say of all the things Ricky Hatton can do better, which are to be honest really nit picking things, that wouldn't make much of a difference.
But don't you think Floyd Mayweather can also adjust aswell ? Floyd Mayweather is one of the most well rounded boxers of all time, the way he can adjust in a fight is excellent, thats why he is a undefeated. And thats why he beat Ricky Hatton.
He has much more wrinkles to his game and has a much better boxing brain. I think your insane if you think Ricky Hatton can beat Floyd Mayweather, especially considering how one sided there 1st fight was.
