You wasn't "training" Kid Thunder when he won those fights ;D
So Kid Thunder was better off with no trainer and little regard for his diet? Interesting :-\
here is my last fight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS9hg...e=channel_page
part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSXx7...e=channel_page
So what would you say has been the main thing you've learned from Trainer Monkey?
to pace my self and self control and making my shots tighter
Sorry KT but after seeing that shower of shite i'm gonna have to call you out:cool:
I'll crush you in all departments and want to smash you to the canvas and badly hurt you.
Can you arrange for Trainer Monkey to fly me over asap so i can fight you?
In the meanwhile you should change your fighting name to "Skid Thunder" as thats all you'll be remembered for after i've schooled you (Skid being the marks you'll leave on the back of your shorts);)
Bring it:cool:
This has no doubt been covered before but do you go to a gym? have you ever been shown the basics? What your doing looks so ungainly. Ive seen plenty of vids you've posted and every single one you could have won if you learned to throw a straight punch or two.
i go to stacy gyms 3 times a week
Cool, so what do you work on there? I can see that your trying to be more measured in the ring but your technique is still pretty poor isnt it?
may I suggest upping that. Several pros I know go 5 times a week as well as a number of amateurs. Not every workout has to be a killer but there is always something to be improving on. It's still early you could for example take things right down to basics and focus for a month - yes a whole month on the jab. Circle left/right/pivot/moving forward/moving back. Watch vids of good jabbers, watch their footwork. When do they get hit? Do they drop or loop their arm as they return it? etc etc etc.
Shadowbow it, work it on the bag, on the pads, constructive sparring.
I'll collect my 10% now;D
